B. Required documents during verification and identification process at the school

1. All applicants will be called for an Entrance Test. The Syllabus and the schedule for the Entrance Test will be handed over at the time of the submission of forms.
2. Entrance test will be followed by an Interaction on the same day.
3. Bring all the original documents on the day of the Interaction.
4. Affix recent color passport size photographs at the designated places on the form and sign it. Write the registration number and the name at the back of the photographs before affixing them. Attach photocopy of the following documents with the Registration form.
5. Four passport size photographs of the child and 1 each of the parents.
6. Date of birth certificate [photocopy & original also (only for verification)].
7. Aadhar card of the child.
8. Copy of Pan card/Adhaar card of the parents.
9. Last report card.
10. Submit the completed form in person at the school on any working day between 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
11. Outstation parents are requested to send the application form duly filled in with the required attachments. Please ensure that the filled-in form is complete in all aspects also add your e-mail id and the contact number.
12. Results will be declared as per school policies.
13. Admission formalities can be completed after submitting the Fee.
14. An original Transfer Certificate is required from the previous school for the students seeking admission at Al-Hasan School. ID card will not be issued if the Transfer Certificate is not submitted.
